When he pulls the national emergency switch, it will be challenged in court.
Trump will be able to prove he tried.
He got them to agree in writing to negotiate. They will reneg!
He can prove he was negotiating in good faith.
They refused.
He had to defend the country and secure the citizens from invasion.
Those caravans building are also a good amount of evidence to prove his case.
Sit tight.
We waited decades to fix this problem.
Pelosi and Schumer were there for those decades and did nothing to stop it.
Trump just got here.
He didn't create this problem.
We can wait another three weeks.
It's strategy.
He opened the govt.
People are getting paid now.
Pelosi never would have done that.

If she says no deal, then dear Nancy screws herself and the whole Dem agenda.
She can sue and stall, but in an emergency, the President can expedite a challenge straight to the SCOTUS, bypassing the lower courts altogether.
Nancy loses there too.
He has the Constitutional authority.
She has three weeks.....
