WHOSE PERFECT ANYWAY?
God can use any Christian to accomplish what He needs to be done depending on the person's faith, and how strong it is? Is his spirit cold, lukewarm, warm, almost hot, or hot? " Let's stop there a sec. This is what I presume to be the relationship of a Christian that's just above average. Hot, would be your average Christian relationship, in-between. Or an ' on fire for God "HOT “relationship. Or a super 'on fire for God' hot would be a Christian Soldier. One who has one or some of the miraculous wonders that Jesus Christ performed, such as a Healer, Casting out Demons. Now I don't know of anyone who can raise the dead to life again, but I have no doubt it's happens, Jesus told me this in his Father’s Word. See> (John 14:12)12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. Verse all this that I do, you will do.
Folks, God uses the unsaved and unrighteous folks just as much if not more than Christians, here’s an example. Ron's driving down the road in his truck. The CD playing some heavy metal satanic worship sounds that apparently Ron calls music. Ron always liked folks and would help anyone so when he sees someone's broke down, he'll pull over and ask what's going wrong?? The person sees you and walks towards you and tells you they are broken down and can’t call someone to assist them. Their phone is dead, we've been stranded for over two hours, and for most of that time we were praying for God to send someone to help us with a phone. Ron, not being a Christian only replied with a word of advice to them saying, "You may want to spend about $10.00 and buy a portable battery pack to keep in their car so you'll always have use of your cellphone,” Then he told them to have a great day and goodbye. The couple heeded his advice and bought a battery pack.
My final thoughts
Folk's you don't need to be saved or a person of faith for God to use you. But if you were saved, God could use you to help even more folks. Because Jesus becomes part of your life and with Him, your dirty laundry and sinful desires would become exempt. You would have prayed asking Jesus to forgive your sins. You would still not be perfect, but then again, I know of only one man who walked and lived a perfect life, that man is God's Son Jesus Christ. So, you’re not perfect! But you desire to help God, guess what? You can. see> (2 Timothy 2:21) 21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.
Let us all pray
Lord, this morning we ask you to help us grow stronger in faith and help us grow into spiritual maturity, so that our good works will bring you glory, as we live our lives as an example of your righteousness. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
