FORGIVENESS

Andrew is a minister who teaches folks it's okay for them to continue sinning because their Lord Jesus Christ loves them so much, He'll always forgive them. That's true, Jesus will always forgive those who repent to Him, asking for forgiveness. However, when a person claims to be a Christian, their Father God expects them to walk in His Son’s footsteps. See> (1 John 2:6) whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked… Living sinful lives is not living as Jesus Christ lived, no matter how we choose to look at it. Not one person reading this should claim they are a Christian if they’re lives are not seriously dedicated to living the way Jesus Christ lived. We can't tell folks that we are walking with Jesus, but our actions and way of thinking aren’t, we give a false witness of who Jesus Christ was and who God’s children are. Our Father God looks for us to shine bright with His Holy Spirit, His will is for His children to live Christ like lives. This requires a deep and dedicated commitment to live the rest of our lives for Him and serving Him. A true child of God does not go through life continuing to sin just because when Jesus died on the cross for us, therefore making our sins ineffective every time we submit and confess our sins to Him. There are many pastors who preach that is okay to sin tour Father God’s word clearly tell us we need to live as His Son lived.

My Final thoughts
It's good to know our sins are forgiven because our Lord paid our sin debt in full, so we're not trapped by the burden of our sins. But we cannot go on sinning, because when we received our forgiveness and gave our lives to Christ, we were also crucified with Christ. We no longer live for us but rather for the Christ that lives in us. Now the life we live in our flesh needs to walk by our faith in that Jesus, being the Son of God loves us so much that He died, giving Himself for us. See> (Galatians 2:20) I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me…

Let us pray
Lord, we come this morning as the sinners we are. You know our hearts and our thoughts don’t always agree with each other. Lord, you know the sin of man will always be a burden for us to face, but we trust through our faith that you truly are God’s Son. Through our faith we know you died on the cross for us, thus paying a heavy price of your own life to pay the penalty of man's sin. Lord I don’t know how you lived your life on earth without the impurities of this sinful world. But I learn more about you as I read your gospel daily. I know that without you I would be unable to serve my Father God and honor His will daily. I thank you Lord, we thank you Lord, in your name we all do pray, amen.
