TROUBLED TIMES

Every Child of God has and will continue to have troubled times, because our Father God's adversary, none other than Satan himself, has nothing better to do than constantly try to form a wedge between our Father God and us His children. 'Why?'. Because the devil wants to steal our souls from God, but neither he nor his evildoers can succeed. 'Why can't he?' Because as children of God, our confidence in our Lord Jesus Christ's help prevents and protects us through our faith, knowing our Father God watches our backs, protecting us See> (Hebrews 13:6) 6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. …We are protected by the Holy Spirit that dwells inside us. Satan is powerless against us because our strength comes from God See > (Philippians 4:13) 13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. … Satan knows that separating and dividing us from our Father God will weaken our faith, as well as open many doors our Father closed in our lives to keep us safe.

My final thoughts
It is especially important for God's children that they never give Satan an opportunity to open, or even crack open the doors their Father God has closed for their best interest. When we attempt to make it through troubled times without our Lord's protection, we become powerless. Thus, making us vulnerable, weak, and easily defeated by Satan. For without the strength of The Holy Spirit within us we cannot defend ourselves proper. See> (John 15:5) 5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. … However, through our confidence and faith in knowing that with Christ we have the strength to defeat Satan during troubled times, amen. See> (Philippians 4:13)13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Let us pray together
Dear Lord, how secured we are knowing you will always have our backs during troubled times. All we need to do is remain confident that through our faith, you will protect us and help us through our troubled times. In your name Jesus Christ, we all pray amen.

May we all walk under our Lord and Savior's guidance. Rev James Erick
