Patriots, several of you asked me to prepare a national strategy for advancing the Article V Countermand Amendment quickly. I was asked to schedule a second Countermand Amendment teleconference to explain our plan and to appoint Patriots [not wimps] to be Officers, Directors and Coordinators in the 50 States.
