After we became saved we were blessed to become delighted in God's ways, so much in fact, we no longer should desire to walk with sinner's or share their ways. See > (Psalm 1:1)Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
My final thoughts.
This does not mean our natural human nature to have sinful thoughts magically go away. We must strive hard trusting our Father in Heaven to help keep our minds focused on his ways See> (Romans 12:1-2) I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Father God, we trust your Holy Spirit to help us stay focused on your goodness. In Jesus Christ’s name we all pray. Amen.
