THE WOMAN

There was this woman, we'll call her "The Woman."
The Woman would always arrive to church early and ready to serve God, being sure to offer her assistance. She spent hours at church doing whatever God put in her heart to do.
Folks at church began to wonder how The Woman could do so much for God, yet take care of her Christian families needs. Not to mention, The Woman also worked five hours a day at the volunteer food pantry.

One Sunday one of her sisters in Christ who had been admiring The Woman's good works asked The Woman how she is able to do so much and still have a life. The woman told her she lives her life to serve the God who created her life for Himself.
"For this reason I am never alone, for my God stands by me and He's always in control.
He helps me work at the food pantry, and I'm able to maintain a family of Christian faith because my Lord helps me do so. I come to church early and leave as late as possible because it's my time with God, and I'm also able to serve Him while I'm here. I'll serve God the rest of my time by serving my family, and working to help provide for God's people at the food pantry.
I am able to do theses things because God has blessed me with a God fearing, family providing husband. My husband understands God always has a little something for His children to do for Him. After all God created us for Him right?" See(Colossians 1:16)16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

My final thoughts
There really is not much more I can say, I mean The Woman pretty much says it all. I know the reason I serve my God is because my God created me to serve Him, amen.

Prayer
Lord we thank you for our lives and the ability to serve you. We know that without your Father God our lives would never have been created. For this Lord we ask you to help us do more for You, after all, were we not created for you? In Jesus name we pray, amen.
