The progressives are trying once again to rewrite history; they want you to believe the Tea Party was a failure. That, my fellow patriots, is pure bull@$&$.

The Tea Party was responsible for sending a huge new crop of legislators to DC in 2010 to clean the place up. What happened? The system happened.

Some of the Tea Party leaders realized changing DC from inside the beltway was never going to happen. They decided that any change had to come from outside the influence of the corrupt decision makers. Eureka, a new movement was born.

It is the system that is broken, and the system of government in use today sure isn’t the one the founders designed.

The founder’s system places the responsibility of holding the elected representatives accountability, squarely, on the citizens, and for far too long too many have abdicated that duty.

The founder’s system gives the states final say on decisions concerning matters affecting its people because the founders knew the closer to home the decision was made the easier it would be to hold said official accountable.

An overwhelming majority of people want term limits on Congress because its members live in an echo chamber and are not responsive to the citizen's interests; they are inaccessible to the people who elected them.

However, just term limits on Congress will not solve the problems in DC.

How are you going to stop activist judges from enacting legislation from the bench?

How are you going to control the unelected bureaucrats from enacting burdensome unconstitutional regulation on the people?

How are you going to stop the corrupt lobbyist from corrupting the new generation of politician? ]
The real question that needs debate; who decides?

Do you want to enact term limits on federal officials, place limits on spending and reduce the scope and jurisdiction of federal regulations?
