President Donald Trump will remain at the White House. He will host a roundtable with restaurant executives and industry leaders in the State Dining Room.

Representatives of the Independent Restaurant Coalition, a group representing restaurants around the nation that has been organized during the pandemic, will likely be in attendance. The impact on the industry will be discussed as well as the Paycheck Protection Program and recently passed Heroes Act.

First Lady Melania Trump is expected to join the president in participating in a video teleconference with state governors. The continuing response to COVID-19 and strategies to ensure citizens’ wellbeing will be part of the discussion.
