There is a very real chance that when the dust settles, there will be no clear victor in the presidential election. There is no precedent to allow the court to call for a re-election and at least 7 states are under investigation for voter fraud. If they can't find a solution by December 8, this election would be kicked over the the US House of Representatives where Republicans now have a 32-18 majority in the state count even though Democrats hold the edge in total Congressmen.
