Biden's whole agenda, once he cheated his way into office, was to damage America ending our super power status.
Biden is doing this under the guise that the environment is being polluted. Therefore, it's the right thing to do in order to save the planet.
First he killed the Keystone Pipeline.
Now he's canceling fossil fuel subsidies : natural gas, coal and oil.
However, Biden doesn't have the power to cancer all subsidies because Congress has more control in this area, but since the democrats control Congress he wouldn't have too much trouble.

Furthermore, he created this crisis at the border intentionally as part of their plan to weaken the country economically.
