NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT THAT, but Maxwell won't be prosecuted for Perjury.
The original 8 counts of the superseded indictment of Ghislaine Maxwell were dismembered, with Judge Alison Nathan deciding that counts 7 and 8 (two counts of Perjury) would be tried separately.
When the prosecution almost ended in a mistrial because of a crazed juror, the NYSD prosecutors stated that, if the trial 'stick' they would dismiss the additional two charges.
And so it happened: "I do conclude 240 months is both sufficient and no greater than necessary," Judge Alison Nathan said.
