This is a bill an article of Law and Enacted and Created BY the Citizens Of The United States of American.
This bill or act is designed to protect constitutional, liberties and freedom of the American citizens, and to ensure that no political party erodes away the citizens powers inherited to them by the founding fathers of this nation! And to ensure that no political party could organize a coup within our government to overthrow the powers of the people through political warfare deceptions or strategies, this bill an act is designed as the last peaceful effort to restrain the evil and corrupt before Civil War would break out !
To stop what we're Witnessing with the Clinton and Obama administration and with the assistance of the Communist demonic Islamic Democratic Party, financial and political forces perversing media outlets with the sole intent of mass deception of the American people!!!
The purpose of this bill is to make accountable all government employees elected, contracted or appointed, to stop any and all corruption within the United States government, by organized crime, corporate crime, or a threat to the Constitution and the people of the United States, either by domestic or foreign agents working to destroying this nation !
The purpose of this bill is to ensure without any misunderstanding violating the Constitution of the United States of America, the Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights, through edification of all persons involved in the United States government, be it federal, state, or local government, to be edified on these documents, so that any violation of these documents could not be misconstrued for ignorance !, and would be considered a deliberate act of terrorism against the citizens of the United States of America, And the Constitution of the United States with penalties and consequences to be delivered swiftly and decisively against any person in the act of representation of the citizens of the United States of America.
article 1.
Every employee of the United States of America, elected, appointed, contracted, in any service of and to the United States of America, must be fully educated in the Constitution of the United States of America, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of independence, before any person can hold any position in any form of government!, they must have a certified college degree in the Constitution of the United States of America, and in the declaration of independence, and in the Bill of Rights, and must be completed before any personnel can hold any position within the United States government, be it federal, state or local positions.
No law, Bill, or regulation created by Congress the Senate or the president, or any local or state municipality, could not become a legal statue of law, until the American people vote on IT !
Any person under the employment or contract of United States government would have one year to complete and past with no less than 70% this degree !
Any politician any appointed individual who knowingly violates the Constitution of the United States of America, these would be grounds for impeachment, and a mandatory hearing must be held within 30 days of These charges.
Article 2 and person under indictment or suspicion of violating article 1 would immediately cease all employment and without pay or benefits until this degree is completed.
Any person found guilty under article 1 would forfeit all moneys, benefits, properties, acquired through the employment of the government, and would be required to pay back all monies
and gratuities received under the employment of any government position, federal state or local !
Article 3.
Any person who has not been a legal citizen for a minimum of 18 years is considered in eligible to vote in any election within the boundaries of the United States in any election federal state or local.
Article 4.
No government employee, elected or appointed ,shall receive any benefits greater than the benefits of military personnel.
No government employee , elected or appointed. shall receive any retirement other than Social Security.
No government employee, elected or appointed shall receive any bonuses or gratuities outside of their contracted financial agreement.
No government employee, elected or appointed will be paid, under indictment or investigation !
No government employee, elected or appointed working in law enforcement at any level, will be permitted to hold that position without completing, the educational package of article 1, No member of the courts will be permitted to work within the court systems, without passing the educational package of article 1, including all Members of the Bar Association !!!
Article 5.
The citizens have the right to shut down any branch of government that is found to be in violation of the Constitution of the United States, the Bill of Rights, or the Declaration of Independence, for example like the Supreme Court, could be abolished by a constitutional court of the people.
Article 6.
term limits of elected personnel will be limited to eight years for all elected positions, with no exceptions!
Article 7. Any government employee, elected or appointed in any position that represents the citizens of the United States of America, if that person should put the interest of a noncitizen, or another country , before that of an American citizen or this nation, should lose all powers appointed to them, and should be removed from office immediately, and there should be a full investigation to consider their acts, as acts of treason against the American people !
Article 8. Any government employee elected, appointed or contracted past or present retroactive from the beginning of this nation inception from 1776, who fails to cooperate in any government investigation, will Lose all Benefits , Any and all gratuities, paid to such persons who failed to cooperate in any and government investigation, must be repaid to the government, for failure to fully support the People's law, the Constitution of the United States of America !.
