That means theoretically it could be as little as 100, maybe 200 people carrying out this completely legal and constitutional Continuity of Government operation. Could be more but depends on what the MEFs are. So just like the rest of us, nobody in the MILITARY knows devolution is happening outside that small number involved. Biden’s actions are “waking up” the rest of the military too. Everything is building to Trump returning with maximum public support which will minimize the fallout. Trump walked away on January 20th to avoid a civil war. Walking away saved lives. He’ll be welcomed back with open arms by much more than 74 million Americans.
