WATCH: High-Profile Leftists Incite Violence. Social Media Accounts Still Intact

If you needed more proof that the far-left’s censorship campaign against conservatives was motivated by concerns over inciting violence, this should disabuse you of that fiction.

Let’s take a trip down memory lane.

Black Guns Matter founder and 2A activist Maj Toure posted a tweet showing a video montage of several prominent leftists making statements that would sure get a conservative suspended or banned from Twitter or Facebook. The video starts with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) saying that she doesn’t know why there aren’t “uprisings” happening all over the nation.

The video also shows Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) saying, “There’s needs to be unrest in the streets for as long as there’s unrest in our lives.” It even shows failed GOP strategist and founder of the Lincoln Losers organization saying that they will “have to put a bullet in Trump.”

Take a look:

As you might have already surmised, not a single one of these people have lost their social media accounts. None of them have even been criticized by anyone on the left for their irresponsible comments.

Now, this is important when you look at the greater context of political discourse in America over the past four years. We have seen plenty of politically-motivated violence coming from the left, even before the riots that occurred in Summer of 2020.

The nation saw Antifa setting fires and physically assaulting conservatives at rallies in Berkeley, California. We saw them take over Portland, OR in 2018 after police shot a black man after the suspect shot two people and approached the officers wielding a firearm.

Of course, we can’t forget the attempted murder of Republican lawmakers at a Congressional baseball game in 2017 when a Bernie Sanders supporter opened fire and almost killed Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA), can we? The left insisted that their rhetoric had absolutely nothing to do with that shooting.

But if they’re going to blame Trump and Republican leaders, then they are also responsible for inciting the nationwide violence we have seen from groups aligned with Antifa.

The video clip is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the left pushing violence. Their activist media outlets have portrayed Trump supporters and other conservatives in the most heinous of terms with constant comparisons to Hitler and other authoritarians. They call us literal Nazis because they believe it is an effective political tactic, not because they actually believe it. There can be no doubt that their rhetoric has contributed to this wave of violence.

And yet, you don’t see many on the far-left policing their own. Indeed, they encourage and cheer the rhetoric.

This isn’t the time to simply defend the conservative movement; we have to also go on the offense. If they want to pretend that Republican lawmakers are inciting violence when they haven’t made any comments that rise to the level of that seen in the video, we shouldn’t hesitate to call out their dirty laundry. After all, their underoos are far more soiled at this point than that of the right.
