• Description : Deano's killer Banana bread [ super moist] Igredients 3 cps flour - 1 cp oil [ your choice] - 6 black Banana's [ l put mine in the veggie drawer of the frig for a week] - 3 Lg eggs - 1 half of 20oz can crushed pineapple [ or double recipe and use whole can] - 2 cps RAW sugar - 1 teasp baking soda - 2 teasp Vanilla -2 teasp cinnamon - 1 teasp ground cloves - 1 cp rasians Directions Pre-heat oven 350* grease two 9 x 5 loaf pans [ l like Pam spray] in large bowl mix all dry items till well blended - now add the rest of the items and mix well - pour batter into pans bake for 1 hour or until a tooth pick comes out clean in the center / after removing from oven cool for 10 minutes then flip over on rack and cool completely NOTES -optional [ additional] ingredients if wanted 1 cp chopped walnuts 1 cp flake coconut 1 cp maraschino cherries[diced] 1 teasp salt
