GOD, WHY WERE WE SAVED?


Have you ever asked yourself that question? What answer was your answer? Would it be because I asked Jesus Christ to forgive me and come into my life as my Lord and Savior? That would be one of many correct answers. Another answer would be God's will for His children is to preach The Gospel to folks who do not know about Him. See> Mark 16:15) 15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Another reason is because our Father God also needs His children to live righteously, shining His light before folks, doing good things all in the glory of His name. Thus, bringing glory to our Father God who lives in heaven. See> (Matthew 5:16) 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Another frequently heard question is, how am I sure about why God saves us? That questions not as hard as some folks may think. God clearly wrote down in His word our instructions, directions and answers we’ll need to enable us, to live our lives in obedience to His will. We will all have our own burdens to carry but we can conquer each one of them, for our Father God is with us. See> (Galatians 6:5) 5 For every man shall bear his own burden



When we choose to live in accordance to our Father God’s will for us rather than living in the sin of this world, we must be headstrong and wholeheartedly willing to meet the requirements God needs from us to live an active Christian lifestyle. Why? Because there’s a whole lot more to becoming a Christian than receiving forgiveness and our salvation. God wants us to maintain living our Christian lifestyles, so we are witnesses of God’s righteousness and goodness. Folks, because I strive hard every day to be the best Christian I can I know it not so easy to accomplish. I also know I must give up trying to live like Christ. It’s important for us to know every Child of God has their Father's power at their disposal. All we need to do is have faith and know inside our hearts that we’ve got this. We can do anything because God is with us and He’ll never leave us. Amen.



Let us all pray
Lord, we know we were saved in order to live a life with your spirit in us. We know times have and will get tough and that we’ll face persecution, and some of us will die in your name. So, Lord we ask for you to help us understand our Father God's instruction manual on living our lives as Christ’s believers, bearing witness of God’s love and righteousness with our actions and good works, in a world filled with unbelievers. In your name Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior we all do pray, amen.

We were saved by the grace of God because of our faith and belief that Jesus Christ is the way, He is the truth, and the only way we'll get to Heaven is through Him. See> John 14:6) 6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
