WILL YOU BE READY?
 
 
Have any of you had a close friend who sought to know who God is, but suddenly passed away? Over the past couple of weeks, you’d been reading The Gospel of Jesus Christ with Him. And every night before bed you would pray your friend would accept Jesus Christ into his heart. When he passed, you began thinking about how sudden death can come upon us. Folks if you suddenly died, would you be ready to face our Father God’s judgement? Like you, I’d like to think my death won’t come any time soon. But what if it came now? Right now, without giving us a chance to catch another breath of air. ‘Puff, we just died. So, now what? Are we all, ready to meet our Father “God?”  Are we assured, there’s no chance we’ll find ourselves down in the pits of hell?
 
 
I’m not sure about yawl, but I want the assurance in my heart, mind and soul that if I died, my soul is going to Heaven. If you’re not sure, wouldn’t you want to make sure your soul is going to Heaven?  God gives us His assurance that through His love and grace, our sins will be forgiven through the blood of Jesus Christ and our Father God’s loving grace. See> (Ephesians 1:6-7) 6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. 7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
 
 
My final Thoughts
We must be sure we are committed to giving up our own lives to live for Jesus Christ. To live serving our Father God, and living righteous lifestyles pleasing to God requires our hearts sincerity in accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. To do this we must study the Gospel of Christ and use the examples Jesus Christ gave to the world by living His life pure and righteous. We “must live” and maintain active in our good works, therefore showing the world how God’s children live serving and honoring their Father God’s will. See> (John 13:15) 15 For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.
 

Let us pray together
Lord, oh Lord, you know our hearts, you know how thankful we are that you are with us in our life's journey as our Lord and Savior. We know we could never live righteous lifestyles in our journey without your guidance and examples of how to go about our lives, so they please our Father God. We are so thankful that you pick us up instead of kicking us down when we make mistakes. We’re grateful for the unconditional love and want to show you our love through our good works. So please Lord, help us to maintain our journey on the path leading to Heaven, so give us the desire in our hearts to go forward in our relationship to please you. In your name Jesus Christ we all do pray, amen.
