JUST ASK GOD

When we were children most of us didn’t have a worry in the world whenever we needed something. We knew our parents would make sure we had the things necessary to go about our daily lives. We weren’t concerned about how we would receive the things we needed, or how much those things would cost our parents because that was their job. All we had to do was ask for the things we needed. As we grew up, we learned everything has a price and realized how much our parents sacrificed of themselves in order to fulfill our needs. Likewise, when we became God’s, children and began to live our lives dedicated to our Father God’s will and plan for us, we became dependent of God as we did our parents. When we need something it’s not for us to figure how to go about getting it. All we need to do is ask our Father and through our faith, we know He will provide us what we need. We know in our hearts if our Father God loves us enough to send His Son Jesus Christ down to earth to die for our sins, that He’ll also take care of His children’s needs. See> (Romans 8:32) 32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?... God promises to take care of all our needs, our health, our wealth, our relationship. And when we confide in Him in making important decisions, we know we trust that He’ll direct and guide us. We also know that when we do not ask God, we don’t always obtain what we need See> (James 4:2,) 2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not…

My Final thoughts
In conclusion of this morning’s message I need to remind folks our Father God promises He’ll supply His children with all their needs, so it’s important for us to take our Father God’s promise seriously and ask so we will never have a need that we can’t receive, amen. See> (Philippians 4:19) 19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

 Let us pray together.
Dear Father God, we ask you this morning to help us call on you for the things we need rather than remaining silent. We understand that before we even ask you already know our needs; you just want us to ask you to meet our needs. Through our faith we know you’ll provide for us if we ask. In your Son’s name Jesus Christ, we all do pray, amen.
