DISHONESTY DOESN'T PAY

Van Harden. A young man who just turned 26 years old was a crooked yet successful businessman. Mr. Harden had everything a man on earth could ever need. At least so he thought, until trouble came and knocked him in the wallet. You see folks, Van was a con man. Most of his business deals were shady to say the least. He never cared who got hurt or who was cheated, so long as he was doing the cheating. Van laughed at the folks who'd gone bankrupt. He threw pennies at them starving on the street. Then one day Mr. Harden made a financial mistake that cost him to lose everything he’d gained. His greedy heart ached as he saw the collectors grabbing this and that. They went to his estate, took his keys and told him “his estate now belonged to the state. They collected his thousand-dollar suits and jewelry then threw him out onto the streets. It only took a couple of days until Mr. Harden became another beggar on the streets, catching penny's flying through the air from other greedy hearts who may one day sow what they reap. Amen.

My final thoughts
When it came down to it, it doesn't matter who you are or how much money you have. If you gain it dishonestly, eventually you will sow what you reap. God will bring trouble to folks who rip off and cheat others. Our Lord wants us to be fair and honest for financial gains. See> (Proverbs 16:11) 11 A just weight and balance are the Lord's: all the weights of the bag are his work... So, believe me when I tell you a wise man knows it's better for a man to be poor than to gain wealth with dishonesty and telling lies than becoming a poor broken fool. See> (Proverbs 19:1) Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity, than he that is perverse in his lips, and is a fool. The moral of this story is, “we must be honest with our finances, one sure way would be to include our Lord Jesus Christ when we make our finance decisions. Amen.
