LIVING OUR NEW LIFE

Dear brothers, sisters, friends in Jesus Christ, we are who we have become, ‘Children of God,’ because of our Father God's love, and grace. And His desire for every man, woman and child is to embrace Him in a new life with Him. See> (2 Corinthians 5:17) 17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.… Since the moment our hearts desired to accept our Father God, we needed to give up our own lives 100%, so our God will be able to dwell inside us. We made the decision to renounce our old self completely, once we did, we became flooded with God’s love and grace, and were given our gift of salvation. See> (Titus 2:11-14) 11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, 12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; … This is when our new lives in Christ came into training. Almost immediately most of what we learned, the things we thought were good for us, the things which gave us joy and happiness were things of the world, provided to us by the devil himself. At this point we realized, we could not live out our righteous lives without Jesus Christ leading our new lives in this cold, evil world we live in today.

My final thoughts
How awesome our Father God's love and grace is for His creation of mankind. For without it none of us would ever have gotten the chance to become God’s children. I don’t want to imagine how our lives would be if God didn’t love us enough to send His Son Jesus Christ down to earth to sacrifice his own life. Or how our lives would be today if Jesus Christ decided He didn’t want to leave all his comforts up in Heaven. And come down to us, not as the God he is but as a human babe who grew up to teach his disciples how to live as righteous as humanly possible. See> (1 Corinthians 15:1-2) 1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain … So, there you have It, folks, the true reason we celebrate Christmas is because Jesus Christ was born on earth and taught His disciples, who then taught others how to follow Christ’s teachings. Which led them to become God’s first children living on earth, who are known today as Christians.

Lord let us all pray.
Lord, we thank you for leaving the comforts of living in Heaven, to begin a new life down here with us in the form of a human babe. You then grew up innocent and pure from the sins of man, so you could pay for our sins through your righteousness. So that today we could become God’s children. We thank you Lord, for with your help, we can strive continuously at living our new lives as righteously as possible, thus glorifying our Father God up in Heaven. In your name Jesus Christ we all do pray, amen.
