WHO SHALL BE REWARDED?

For the last few weeks I’ve discussed God’s gift of salvation. How true Christians have the assurance of salvation through the blood of Jesus Christ. And how the only way it’s possible to go to Heaven is through Jesus Christ. We saw how important it is for God’s children to live Christlike lifestyles and how staying focused on Jesus helps, and letting Him lead your life guiding your souls to Heaven. That’s right folks. We went over what is required from every one of us if we want the assurance of our souls - that our Spiritual being will rest in Heaven for all eternity. And how folks who despised reading God’s word will end up being held accountable by the word of God. And those who speak ill or stand against the word of God, they will also be held accountable by God. Most importantly, we looked at the final resting place for the souls belonging to those who have not accepted Jesus Christ as the Son of God and the only savior of man’s souls. But rather instead they rejected any teachings or acknowledgment of God’s existence costing their souls to pay the price. See> (Proverbs 3:13) 13 who despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded.

My Final thoughts
Now let’s move forward this morning with God’s good news to those who have wholeheartedly accepted His Son Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. For those who don’t disrespect God’s word and who strives hard to live in obedience of their Father God’s will and obey His commandments. These folks know in their hearts their Spiritual lives will be rewarded up in Heaven where they’ll rest for all eternity. See> (Matthew 16:27) 27 For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works. … We talked about how impossible it is to live as Christ lived without Jesus Christ living and being active in our everyday lives and decisions.

Let us pray together
Lord Jesus, our prayer tonight is simple. You know that it is our hearts desire to live for you and obey our Father God’s will and commandments. But you also know that we are only as strong in our faith as we are strong in you. So, we pray for your continued watch and guidance in our lives. For we know we will only succeed living as righteous as possible with you in our lives every day, helping us in our walk with you. In your name Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
