CH_ _CH. If U don’t go who’s missing? UR


All around the world millions of people go to church to praise and worship God. Unfortunately for many of them going to church means nothing more than honoring a family tradition, rather than honoring God. Others go to fulfill their spiritual obligations, totally oblivious to the true reasons of attending Church. These folks gain nothing for their Spiritual lives, thus causing other folks to ask, why bother going to church if they gain nothing?’ Back in the day the early church goers would devote themselves to learning and have fellowship and prayer. See> (Acts 2:42) 42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. … Does our Father God require His children to attend church services? I believe there is not a requirement, whether one goes to church or not does not gain nor lose brownie points with God and will have no effect on one’s salvation. God’s word tells us going to church is a place to fellowship and glorify God by using our spiritual gifts, to lift and encourage other church members. It is wise for a child of God to join the body of Christ, being at church or where folks gather to worship their Father God. See> (1 Corinthians 12:27-31) 27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?30 Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?31 But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way. …


My Final thoughts
I have to say it’s best to go to church to have fellowship among other members of the body of Christ. We can learn from each other’s testimonies and failures. Therefore, I encourage every Christian to attend a church that is overflowing with The Holy Spirit. Thus, mingling with their brothers and sisters in Christ See> (2 Corinthians 5:17)17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. … When looking for a church one must remember there is no such thing as perfect people, therefore you will never find a perfect church to attend. Just be wise in choosing your friends, and always include our Lord Jesus Christ when your deciding which church to attend. God bless everyone this morning and may we all walk under our Lord Jesus Christ’s, guidance and direction. Amen.


Let us all pray
Lord we come this morning with desire in our hearts to help all those UR’s who do not desire to attend church services, find the desire to do so. Lord, as we talk to our brother and sister UR’s, please guide our thoughts and our words so we speak with your authority. And Lord, we ask for the inspiration we give them fills their hearts and creates a burning desire for the UR’s to attend chURch, seeking God’s wisdom and fellowship among God’s children. In your name Jesus Christ we all do pray, amen.
