BECAUSE WE TRY

Anger is just part of our human emotions, therefore many of God’s people believe God is okay with it. They are 100% right; anger is a human emotion, but they are wrong on the “God is okay with it part.” Jesus tells us, if we are angry with our brother without a real reason we will have a high risk of being judged See> (Matthew 5:22) 22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. ... Now the question is, ‘How do we avoid becoming angry and face the wrath of our Father in Heaven?’ First, we need to admit and accept the fact that we cannot accomplish this task alone. It is simply not humanly possible for us to do. We need to call for backup by praying that our Father God doesn't allow the spirit of anger to take control of our minds. If it does we will foolishly let our anger build up until, “boom,’ we lash out and the devil will win See> (Ecclesiastes 7:9) 9 Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger resteth in the bosom of fools. …

My final thoughts
Because anger is an emotion God gave us, we will never be able to completely rid it from our lives and hearts. I personally thank our Father God that He sees how hard we try to put away the evil that controls our emotions. Such as vengeful thoughts, bitterness, and ungodly speaking. I thank God He knows our hearts and will help us be loving to each other and forgive one another, the way our Lord has forgiven us. See> (Ephesians 4:31-32) 31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: 32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

Let us pray for each other ...
Dear Heavenly Father. We are so grateful you know our hearts; you know anger is one of the most difficult emotions for your children to control. You know how hard we strive to be righteous rather than become angry. And because we try, we know your love and grace will help us to be nice and show love rather than hate. For this Father we are forever grateful. In the name of your Son Jesus Christ we all pray. Amen.

May we all walk under our Lord and Savior's Guidance.
