A CHRISTIAN'S WALK

God is not pleased with Christians who don’t walk in the Holy Spirit because they give false witness to His Righteousness and grace. When they do this the unbeliever won’t see God in them, so they assume the wrong ideas about God, Heaven, and don’t take God seriously.
A Christian must be known for his faith and beliefs along with living righteously. If they aren’t, folks won’t be able to see the light of Jesus Christ brightening their days, they won’t see the power of God’s gift’s working in them at all. This means they’re not seeing God’s children using their extraordinary gifts from God , such as healing, prophecy, and discernment. They won’t see all things true Christians do as they live and breathe Christ, as they walk the earth giving good witness for their Father God.

Remember how folks looked at Jesus only seeing he was the same as they were human? Then when our Lord told them who He was, “The Son of God,” they did not believe Him even when He performed miracles, they were unable to see the God in Him. It’s the same way in today’s society, the world won’t know who Christ is when Christians aren’t truly living as Christians.
See> (1John 3:1-3)1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. 2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure. 4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law:

My final thoughts
The bottom line here is that Christians take that name because they live lifestyle’s that glorify God, because they’ve committed themselves to living Christ like lifestyles. Teaching folks about God and all the wonders of eternal life in Heaven. This is how Christ lived His life and one needs to follow in Jesus footsteps to represent Jesus Christ to be truly called Christians. Only then will the unbelievers see the Holy Spirit in them as they spread the knowledge of God’s word because they are truly “walking in the footsteps of Jesus Christ”

Let’s take a moment to pray together. Lord, we come to you this morning with thankful hearts as we strive to represent You and walk in Your footsteps. We thank you for guiding our paths enabling us to be true Christians, for we know that without you we would surely die sinners. We would not live our eternal lives in God’s glory but rather burn in the pits of hell for all of eternity. In Your name Jesus Christ we all pray, amen.
