DOES GOD WANT US TO BE HIS CHILDREN?
 
God’s word clearly tells us we were created by Him and for Him. See (Colossians 1:16) 16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
 
 
God tells us that those of us who choose to believe in Him will receive the right to become His children. See> (John 1:12) 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
 
 
The only way to become part of God’s family is when we have given our lives to Him and His Son Jesus Christ. Once we’ve sought forgiveness and have accepted Christ into our lives’ as our Lord and Savior, we become saved and adopted into God’s family as His Sons and Daughters, and have a relationship with Christ. See> (Ephesians 1:5) 5Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
 
 
My final thoughts
God gives everyone of us the choice to love and accept Him as their Father God. He knew it would be impossible for His children to live as His children on earth without guidance and directions. So, being their loving Father, He sent The Holy Spirit of His Son Jesus Christ into our hearts for our council. See> (Galatians 4:6) 6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.

God does want all of us in His Family. But He gave us our own free will to do so, or not. What are you going to do? If you have not decided I would like to remind you that as Children of God, we will be persecuted, mocked and we will suffer with Jesus, but we will also be glorified with Him. See> (Romans 8:16-17) 16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: 17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
 

Let us pray together
Lord, we are ever so grateful that you live inside our hearts, guiding our paths and helping us live awesome Christian lifestyles. Without you Lord, it would be impossible for us to live on earth as God’s children, but because we have faith and trust in our hearts, we know we can live as you lived, because with you nothing’s impossible. Lord we thank you for walking with us, for picking us up and dusting off our sins as we strive on living as your rightful heirs as the children of God. In your name Jesus Christ we all do pray, amen.
