GOP, Take Action Against Voter Fraud Before it's Too Late

  • After a year-long investigation into voter fraud in the Lone Star State, 95,000 non-citizens on the voter rolls were identified, 58,000 of whom were confirmed to have voted in one or more elections. While federal law does not specifically prohibit non-US citizens from voting in state or local elections, Texas specifically forbids non-citizens from registering to vote until they become U.S. citizens. Sounds perfectly reasonable, unless you’re a Democrat who is dependent on illegal votes to get elected.

Las week Texas Secretary of State David Whitley’s investigation determined 58,000 non-citizens have voted in the state’s elections. Let’s take a wild guess which party they voted for. In response to the findings of the report, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said his Election Fraud Unit “stands ready to investigate and prosecute crimes against the democratic process when needed.” That’s good news for Texas’s future. If only officials from the Nevada Republican Party were as committed to this fight.

According to Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske, 1,585,995 active voters were registered in the state at the time of the midterm elections. Between October 18th and November 18th of 2018, over 25,000 voters registered. According to state law, if a voter doesn’t have a valid driver’s license, identification card, or Social Security number, they must sign an affidavit and provide alternate ID and proof of residency before they’re allowed to vote. The problem with that, of course, is neither proves citizenship. So what good does it do?

There is plenty of evidence that non-citizens have voted in Nevada, as well as in other states across the nation. Conservative thinker and stalwart Wayne Allyn Root of Root for America has asked that President Donald Trump open investigations into foreign interference in our elections after being bombarded with text messages in Spanish that were aimed at getting foreign-born voters to vote Democrat. In some cases, the messages specified those who did not would be jailed or deported. Are the US citizens who are legally allowed to vote in danger of being deported? No, they’re not.

During a visit to Clark County the president said of our voting system, “Folks, it’s a rigged system, it’s a rigged system, (but) we’re going to beat it.” Even President Trump acknowledges the voter fraud issues in Nevada, but our Secretary of State does not agree. She has gone on the record stating there was said in January that while there was no evidence of voter fraud in the state during the 2016 presidential election, and in a statement last year she said she hadn’t witnessed any irregularities in the 2018 midterms.

Conservative radio host Kevin Wall asked Nevada Republican Party Chairman Michael McDonald if he trusts the integrity of the vote. McDonald replied, “No, I don’t. I really don’t.” McDonald said the outcome of the election “didn’t jibe” with the unprecedented campaign efforts in the state. He also told the radio host he had been in “heavy contact” with the FBI in the time after the midterm elections, but when I attempted to contact McDonald to learn more about what was being done to fight voter fraud in advance of 2020 my messages were not returned.

Let’s face it, the 2018 midterm elections saw an unprecedented amount of voter fraud, and here in Nevada it cost us everything. I tried contacting other prominent Clark County Republicans and received the same lack of interest. In the end, I was directed to the Secretary of State, Barbara Cegavske. I wrote to her asking what was going to be done about the critical voter fraud issue, and her office did not respond.

While no state has permitted non-citizens to vote in state or local elections since 1926, when Arkansas became the last state to outlaw it, plenty of non-citizens are voting anyway. And they’re getting away with it in record numbers. The Nevada Republican Party does not even have voter fraud listed as an issue on its official agenda. The Secretary of State has officially denied there was any evidence of fraud in the 2018 midterms.

When voter fraud costs your party the election in your state and the Republicans in that party won’t do anything about it, where do you turn?

    Election Integrity is Under Attack

Think voter fraud isn’t real? This list will make you think again.

    • A VA Democrat was sentenced to 100 days in federal prison after pleading guilty in a voter fraud conspiracy
    • A FL teacher found a container labeled "Provisional Ballot Box" in a storage area of her elementary school
    • California saw ballot harvesting and Democratic voters rising from the dead
    • 1 Million fraudulent votes were cast in California by illegal immigrants and refugees in the 2016 Presidential Election
    • 6 Clark County residents were arrested for voting twice in the June primary,
    • Multiple Texas women werearrested and charged with voter fraud, including some that resulted in prison sentences
    • A New Jersey woman was charged with approaching voters with an offer to exchange money for votes

This is just a small sample of the cases that have come to light since 2016. The Heritage Foundation’s voter fraud database lists more than 1,140 examples of voter fraud. As shocking as this is, it’s nothing compared to what the future may hold. We are facing potentially astronomical levels of fraud in the 2020 elections if something isn’t done to restore integrity to our electoral system.
