  I don't know his record but every time I see him, he's like a pit bull going after corrupt ppl & looks like a good guy but as I understand, he's leaving congress now for private life so if he's been ineffectual, it doesn't matter anymore.

  What was he supposed to do with NO Judicial system backing him and NO President and few Republicans that Clinton did not know too much about. So yes he will be missed. Fine man.
