• Description: Pumpkin Squares Crust 1/2 cup quick oats 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup brown sugar packed mix till crumbly and press 9x13 pan bake 350 15 min Filling 2 cup pumpkin 1 13.5 oz can evaporated milk 2 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp ground cloves Combine mix well.. Pour over baked crusty Bake 350 for 20 mins Topping to add after the 1st 20 mins of pumpkin baking 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tbls butter Sprinkle over pumpkin top bake 18 to 20 mins May eat warm – Refrigerate Enjoy 
