DO NOT FALL FOR IT





How many times has one of us felt as if our Father God was not active, or not as active in our lives? “Be honest.” This means the devil’s hanging around us. This is a bad thing, for the devil makes things run wild and out of control, to make us lose focus on the good things our Father has done for us and is currently doing. Believe it or not folks, God is currently active in our lives. ‘How can you be sure of that Preacher?’
Because we are God’s children, we honor and obey our Father’s will for each of us to serve Him, in accordance with His plan for us. See> (Jeremiah 29:11) 11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. .. An old friend and reverend always reminded us of the devil's only chance to mess with Christians, is when they begin doubting God’s around. The devil wants God’s children to blame their Father God, therefore the devil is constantly trying to deceive us. He stirs his pot of confusion soup with a special blend of doubtfulness. Then he invades our thoughts with the best he has, hoping to deceive us into believing our Father God has abandoned us. Brothers and sisters do not fall for the devil’s nonsense. Believe in our Father's word when He tells us He will never fail us, nor will He ever forsake His children. See> (Deuteronomy 31:6) 6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.




My final thoughts
We must rebuke Satan from our minds so he cannot place wrongful thoughts in our heads. “Don’t fall for the devil's deception.” One of the ways to ensure the devil is unable to place wrongful thoughts in us is by rebuking anything the devil throws into our lives. Know that we as Christians can rid evil thoughts from our heads by keeping our minds set on Jesus ‘Why?’ When we focus on good and positive things, we know the devil’s ‘Not interested.’ Christians need to believe wholeheartedly that the devil knows he has no power or authority over us. In fact, we are God’s children who possess the power of our Father God Almighty, who resides within us. Make no mistake about this, “the more we pray, the more we read God’s instruction manual ‘The Holy Bible,’ the more we learn how to keep our minds on God’s goodness, knowing our Father called us to serve Him. See> (Romans 8:28) 28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.



Let us all pray together ...
Heavenly Father, this morning we come asking you to help our minds stay focused on you. Help us to remain focused on all the good things you are currently doing in our lives every day, as we live to honor your commandments and will for us. Help us live out your plan for us, for you know what is best for us. Father God, we come to you asking these things in your Son Jesus Christ’s name we pray. Amen
