WHEN WE DON'T, WHO'S FAULT IS IT?

Prayer is the most important thing Christians need to be consistent in doing. It is our primary way of making our requests known to our Father God. See (Philippians 4:6 6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. I’d hate to think I would have died when I was a child if I hadn’t been able to pray for help when I was buried alive under a thousand pounds of snow the big plows had plowed into a huge tall snowbank. ‘But that’s a long story we’ll share another time.’  In fact, prayer is so important for Christians because it keeps our hearts and our thoughts staying purified with God, so we can get up and personal with God. See> (James 4:8) 8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

It’s all those times we forget to pray about something before just going about doing it anyways. Then when it doesn’t work out as we thought it should have, sometimes we’re quick to say, ‘God allowed this to happen this way.’ When all along we know things may have been in our favor, because God’s ears would have heard us pray See> (Psalm 54:2) 2 Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth.

My Final thoughts
Folks what this message is saying is, ‘that it’s our own fault that we did not pray.’ because God tell us to pray. And when we add prayer into our daily busy schedules, we will notice that the outcome of the things we’ve prayed about are opted to be more to our favor, than they would otherwise not have when we didn’t take time out to pray over it.

Let us pray
Lord, many of us come to you this morning guilty of not remembering to ‘STOP’ and pray. Lord, we know if we’d prayed our Father God could have made a difference, for His ears would have heard our request. So, we ask you to help those of us who don’t remember to pray to, to take time and pray. Then if we don’t, we have only ourselves to blame. In your name Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
